• Protection: Keep out of direct, prolonged sunlight to prevent fading. Avoid extreme hot or cold temperatures.  
• Maintenance: Check for cracks or damage. Ensure good drainage to keep plants healthy.

• Order Fulfillment: We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase.  
• Delivery Timeframe: Anticipate an estimated delivery period of 5-7 business days following the dispatch. Please note that unforeseen delays can occasionally occur.
