•Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may fade the color of your artificial plant. Place in an area where it is not exposed to intense, direct light.  
•Handle with Care: Although artificial plants are durable, they can get damaged. Handle them gently, especially when repositioning or transporting.

•Order Fulfillment: We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase.  
•Delivery Timeframe: Anticipate an estimated delivery period of 5-7 business days following the dispatch. Please note that unforeseen delays can occasionally occur.
